Delivery, staging and judging of exhibits
To be delivered to the Veolia Arena located at Gate 4 – 47 Braidwood Road, Goulburn NSW on Tuesday, 3rd March, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Produce, Food & Cookery to be delivered to the Basketball Pavilion on Thursday 5th March, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Flowers staged on Saturday 7th March by 8.45 am
Collection of Exhibits
Sunday, 8th March, 4.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Basketball Pavilion and Veolia Arena are closed between 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm for the dismantling of displays.
No exhibits can be collected before 4.00 pm.
Exhibits not collected on Sunday must be collected from the Veolia Arena on Monday, 9th March, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm unless prior arrangements are made.
