James, Sauces & Preserves to be delivered to the Basketball Pavilion on Wednesday 4th March 9.00am – 6.00pm
Produce, Food & Cookery to be delivered to the Basketball Pavilion on Thursday 5th March, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
Flowers staged on Saturday 7th March by 8.45 am
Collection of Exhibits
Sunday, 8th March, 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm
Home Brewing exhibits can be collected from the Tribe Breweries Hospitality Tent from 3.00 pm onwards.
Basketball Pavilion and Veolia Arena are closed between 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm for the dismantling of displays.
No Basketball Pavilion and Veolia Arena exhibits can be collected before 4.00 pm.
Exhibits not collected on Sunday must be collected from the Veolia Arena on Monday, 9th March, 9.00 am – 5.00 pm unless prior arrangements are made.
