Food Vendors
Food Vendors must also send a copy of their Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, together with the above.
Food Vendors must complete the Temporary & Mobile Food Premises Registration Form and send it to the Goulburn Mulwaree Council before Friday, 30th January 2026.
Food vendors must also comply with the NSW Food Authority Guides for Food Business at Temporary Events.
Important
Payment deadline: Friday 6th February 2026 or within two weeks of receiving your invoice (if issued before that date).
Payment Details
An invoice will be emailed to you on acceptance of Trade Site or Food Vendor.
Payment must be received in full by Friday 6th February 2026, or within two weeks of receiving the invoice if issued prior to this date.
Public Liability Insurance
We cannot allocate you a site until full payment is received and you have supplied a current Certificate of Currency.
- Certificate of Currency must be current at the time of the Show.
- Minimum cover: $20,000,000.00.
Terms & Conditions
- The trader agrees not to sell items on the ASC Banned Items List (view list).
- Exhibitors occupy their allocated site at their own risk.
- Goulburn Show Society shall not be liable for loss or damage to Exhibitor property whilst on site.
- If Goulburn Show Society cancels the event, this contract shall cease.
- All power leads must be tested and tagged.
- All marquees must be securely anchored into the ground.
- Bump in times: Friday 6th March 2026 9:00am – 8:00pm; Saturday 7th March 2026 & Sunday 8th March 2026 prior to 8:30am.
All vehicles must be moved off site by 8.30am on Saturday 7th March 2026 & Sunday 8th March 2026.
Friday arrivals: Go to the Show Office (Gate 2, Braidwood Rd) to collect wristbands and directions.
Saturday & Sunday arrivals: Enter via Gate 4, Braidwood Rd, between 6:00–7:00am. Collect wristbands from the gatekeeper and call:

Grounds Co-Ordinator – : - Bump out times: From 3:00pm Sunday 8th March 2026, to be completed by 6:00pm Monday 9th March 2026.

Sunday 8th March 2026: 9.00am to 3.00pm
Stallholders must operate between
9.00am till 5.00pm on Saturday 7th March 2026
9.00am till 3.00pm on Sunday 8th March 2026
Security
Security will be provided from 6:00pm Friday until 11:00pm Sunday. NSW Police will patrol the Show and Showground. Flood lights will remain on overnight.

Vehicle Movements
Vehicle movements during Show operating times (9:00am–5:00pm Saturday & 9:00am-3:00pm Sunday) are prohibited unless accompanied on foot by the Grounds Co-Ordinator or their representative.
Please Note
There will be a LIMITED number of undercover Skillion sites available, so unfortunately, it WILL be “first in, first served.”
Your site can only be secured if payment and the site application form with the above required documents are received before Friday, 30th January 2026.
