It is with great pleasure that at our last General Meeting we presented to Pat and Alan Strachan the Royal Agricultural Society of NSW Shows Award.
They have both been involved in the Goulburn Show for over 50 years in stewarding and judging, entering the flower, poultry and pigeon sections and helping set up the Rural Youth display and animal nursery when Rural Youth was going in Goulburn. …

Bringing much needed electricity to the Cattle Yards in perfect time for Goulburn Show on 2&3 March 2019. A cheque presented by Angus Taylor MP from the Federal Government's Stronger Communities program will see the old generator replaced with electrical outlets all ready for the Cattle Clinic on Saturday 2 March and the Cattle Show on Sunday 3 March. On Monday 4th February, Goulburn Show Society handed out the proceeds of several months worth of fund raising activities. The funds were raised for drought relief in the local area. Vouchers from local feed stores and also bags of dog food were presented to a number of local charities to be passed onto farmers in need. We were joined by Windellama Progress Association who donated $5000 toward the Goulburn Show Drought Relief Fund, Goulburn Kennel Club who donated bags of dog food, and also Caroline from GIVIT.  Goulburn Post was there to record this exciting event. …

The Goulburn Dog Training and Kennel Club is pleased to  support the 2019 Goulburn Show. They will be hosting an All Breeds Conformation Show to be held at the Club Grounds off Gate 8 Friday 1st March.  With up to 400 dogs entered across a wide selection of breeds this event is always a hotly contested event. …
